At  KB Collections, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.

Returns

You have 10 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To qualify, items must be in their original condition: unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. To begin a return, please email us at katie@thekbcollections.com

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, or defective, contact us immediately at katie@thekbcollections.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
